Car Rage!
I was driving my car and I guess I cut someone off and didn't noticed, until the guy behind me started honking at me that is. My initial reaction wanted to be, "fuck you!" But instead I put my hand out the window and gave a peace sign. The guy came next to me and then also gave a peace sign. What I learned that while it's hard to resist that initial reaction of anger that never gets you anywhere but more anger. When I faced anger with love and compassion, it quickly dissolved the hatred.
